I cannot access my medical records
Your records are normally readable in 1177 with BankID. If something is missing or you have no BankID, ask the clinic.
Steps
Log in to 1177 with BankID
Open the records service (Journalen). Some notes appear after a delay, and some regions or private clinics show less.
No BankID yet?
Ask the clinic for a copy of your records. Copies can cost a fee.
Something is wrong or missing?
Contact the clinic that wrote it. You can ask for a note to be added if you disagree.
