I lost my phone

Do this now

1. 1

   Block BankID and cards

   Call your bank’s 24-hour blocking number (on the bank’s website) and ask them to block Mobile BankID and any cards in the phone.

2. 2

   Block the SIM card

   Call your mobile operator so no one can use your number.

3. 3

   Locate or erase the phone

   Use Find My (Apple) or Find My Device (Google) from another device.

4. 4

   Report it to the police if stolen

   Online at polisen.se or on 114 14. Your insurer may need the report.

5. 5

   Get a new BankID

   Once you have a new phone, order Mobile BankID again through your bank.
