Call your landlord’s on-call number (jour). It is usually on a notice in the stairwell or on the landlord’s website. Save it in your phone today.
Report the lost keys or tags
The landlord can block a tag. Ask what replacing keys or changing the lock costs before agreeing.
Check your home insurance
Some policies cover lock changes after theft.
