Can I drive in Sweden with my Pakistani driving licence?
Yes, for a limited time: a valid Pakistani licence works until you have been registered in Sweden for one year. It cannot be exchanged, so to keep driving you need a Swedish licence.

Exchange is not possible
Only licences from the UK, the Faroe Islands, Switzerland and Japan can be exchanged for a Swedish one, plus EEA licences. A Pakistani licence cannot. You take the Swedish licence like everyone else: learner’s permit, risk courses, theory test and driving test. Your experience is still valuable — you may need far fewer lessons.
