B96 and BE: car with a heavier trailer

| Theory test | — | No | Yes: 60 questions, 40 min, 44 correct to pass |
| Driving test | — | 60 minutes | 75 minutes |

Already have B? For B96 you do not need a new learner’s permit, but private practice still needs an approved supervisor. You must bring your own approved car and loaded trailer to both tests — Trafikverket does not hire out trailers — and you may not drive the combination to the B96 test yourself.
