How to book
Open the booking page
Go to Statens servicecenter’s booking page (also linked from your “Moving to Sweden” receipt).
Choose the right errand
Pick the errand that matches yours — moving to Sweden / coordination number, or ID card. Not every office issues ID cards.
Book for the whole family at once
For an identity check after moving, book one appointment for the number of people moving with you.
Keep the confirmation
You need it to check in when you arrive. Cancel or change early if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time.
What happens at the visit
You check in with your confirmation and wait to be called. You hand all your identity documents to the administrator, who checks them and returns them to you straight away. For an ID card application you are also photographed and your height is measured — do not bring a photo.
