Riding a bus or tram

   Have a ticket before you board

   Most buses do not sell tickets or take cash. Activate your app ticket before boarding, or tap your card on the reader.

   Board at the right door

   In many cities you board at the front and show your ticket to the driver; on trams and some buses you can use any door.

3. 3

   Press the stop button

   Buses only stop if someone presses the stopp button or is waiting at the stop. Signal to the driver at the stop if you want to board.

4. 4

   Give up priority seats

   Seats near the front are for older people, people with disabilities and people with prams.
