Parcels, pickup points and returns
Most parcels go to a pickup point or parcel locker near you. When you buy online from a business you can usually return goods within 14 days.
Collecting a parcel
You get a text message or app notification with a code. Collect at the pickup point (ombud) — often a supermarket or kiosk — or at a parcel locker. Bring ID for parcels that require it, and collect within the deadline or the parcel is returned. Your name must be on your mailbox for letters and slips to arrive.
