Komvux: adult education
Municipal adult education lets adults complete school subjects — useful for university eligibility or a new career.
Who can study
You are generally eligible from 1 July the year you turn 20, if you live in Sweden and lack the knowledge the course gives. People who need a course to reach upper-secondary qualifications, or who are or risk becoming unemployed, have a right to study. After SFI, many continue with Swedish as a second language (svenska som andraspråk) at komvux.
