Plan the journey from Pakistan to your door

Choose a flight that leaves enough time for connections and arrival transport.

• Book after your residence permit card is ready and check that the passport and permit cover the whole journey.
• Read baggage rules for every airline on the ticket, including cabin weight. Keep documents, medicine, phone chargers and one change of clothes in hand luggage.
• Save your complete Swedish address, host or landlord’s number and route from the airport. Download the local transport app and an offline map before departure.
• Tell your university, employer or family member the flight number and expected arrival time.
• If travelling with children, keep consent or custody documents and each child’s permit card with the accompanying adult.
